🏭 INDIANA Series
Insulated Panels for Industrial and Large-Scale Applications
Description
The INDIANA Series is intended for industrial and large-scale commercial projects where a reliable solution is required for high-performance enclosures across roofs, facades, and interior partitions.
Rather than relying on a standard configuration, these systems are defined based on project-specific conditions, taking into account building size, thermal performance requirements, environmental exposure, installation speed, and long-term maintenance considerations.
Panels can be integrated into:
- Roof systems
- Exterior wall cladding
- Interior partition walls
- Interior liner systems
- Retrofit or expansion of existing facilities
This approach supports both new construction and expansion or modernization of industrial buildings, optimizing installation efficiency and overall system performance.
⚙️ Panel Configuration
System configuration is defined based on building use, exposure conditions, and selected manufacturing sources, allowing for a range of material combinations and panel geometries.
- Polyurethane (PUR)
- Polyisocyanurate (PIR)
- Pre-painted galvanized steel (PPGI)
- Galvalume / Aluzinc (AZ)
- Aluminum
- Standard industrial coatings
- High-durability finishes (SMP, PVDF)
- Options for aggressive or high-exposure environments
Technical Note:
Material and finish selection is determined based on environmental exposure, maintenance requirements, and expected service life.
🔩 Joint Systems
- Tongue-and-groove systems
- Mechanically fastened systems (exposed or concealed)
- Configurations designed for enclosure continuity
- Overlap joint systems
- Ribbed panels (3 or 5 rib profiles)
- Top-fixed systems with self-drilling fasteners
- Configurations designed for drainage and structural performance
Technical Note:
Joint systems are selected based on structural requirements, roof slope, and loading conditions.
📏 Thickness Range
- 1.5” to 6” (≈ 40 mm to 150 mm)
- Additional thicknesses available based on thermal and structural requirements
📐 Panel Dimensions
(typically between 39” and 42” / ≈ 1,000 mm – 1,067 mm)
Panels can be supplied in custom lengths to optimize installation and reduce field joints.
Application Range by Thickness
| Thickness | Typical Application |
|---|---|
| 1.5” – 2” | Interior liners and light partitions |
| 3” – 4” | Industrial walls and facades |
| 5” – 6” | Roof systems and higher thermal performance requirements |
Applications
Suitable for:
- Roof systems
- Exterior wall cladding
- Interior partition walls
- Interior liner systems
- Expansion and modernization projects
