At Insulated Panels, we supply insulated panel systems for projects that require efficiency, durability, and performance control right from construction. We don’t offer a one-size-fits-all solution. We analyze each project and select the most appropriate system.

A high-performance system consisting of two steel facings bonded to an insulating core (PUR, PIR, or Rockwool). It combines structural strength and thermal efficiency.
Both offer low thermal conductivity. PIR (Polyisocyanurate) has a higher fire resistance and thermal stability compared to standard PUR, making it safer for rigorous fire codes.
Rockwool is non-combustible. Choose it when fire resistance, compartmentation, and acoustic insulation are your top priorities over pure thermal efficiency.
Store on a level surface with a slight 5% slope for drainage. Keep them in a dry, covered place. Galvanized panels are sensitive to humidity and should be installed quickly.
